 - It's Pinch of Garlic powder.
 - You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.

 - Prepare 1 tsp of mix herbs.
 - It's to taste of salt.
 - It's 1 tbsp of Sugar.

Pad Thai Noodles step by step
- Roughly Chopped All the Veggies..
 - Soak noodles in heat water for 5 minutes..
 - Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add vegetables.Stir Fry for 4-5 minutes..
 - Add some coarsely ground peanut and stir..
 - Add all the spices, some spring onion green,sugar,tamarind paste, vinegar and half cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame..
 - Now Ads Soaked thai noodles in it and stir fry for another 3 minutes.Mix properly till noodles are coated well with seasoning..
